Product Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. As some of our suppliers are independent designers and craftspeople, there may be occasional delays. If so, we will give you our best estimate of delivery times when you order.

Making a Purchase
Shopping online with us is easy. Browse through the products by category or theme using the quick search facility available on every product page. Once you have found the item, simply select the appropriate product and quantity and click "Add to Basket". Order with confidence on our secure server.

At this point you will be taken to a summary of your basket in order to confirm the additional item added and then returned to the product page to continue browsing.

To view your basket at any time, click on "View Basket" at the top of the page. You may also remove any items when on this page.

Once you have completed your selections and you are ready to buy, click on the Pay Now link at the top of the page and follow the prompts.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Should the item remain out of stock, we will confirm the cancellation of your order for this product directly.

Payment
By credit/debit card, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club.

By cheque drawn on a UK bank account, please make cheques payable to missdejoir and put your invoice number of the back.


Delivery, Shipping and Handling
Most of our products are held in our central warehouse. We aim to despatch your purchases within 3 working days. Your order will, wherever possible be sent to you in one delivery; all delivery prices include handling, packing and insurance where appropriate.

Postage rates
All prices quoted are for delivery to one address only.

The Bodleian is not responsible for paying any local duty or taxes on goods delivered outside the UK if applied.

Returns
Please quote your MissDejoir invoice number in all correspondence, thank you.

There may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unwanted Goods
These may be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will refund in full for the value of the goods (excluding delivery charges). Any unwanted returns remain the responsibility of the sender until they reach us.

Faulty Goods
If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please Contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund, replacement or exchange. In the event of you returning the goods to us, we will also pay the cost of the returns postage.
If you have any queries regarding returns later than 30 days, please contact our sales advisory team Contact Us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Missdejoir can not be held responsible for any damages or injuries incured from negligence of products after you have purchased them.
