from reputable suppliers who have been vetted by ourselves, hence we can

Returns Policy
Please note that the majority of the items featured on this site are not
mass produced products but are "hand made" and may differ slightly from
one to the next, please take this into consideration.
Should you not be completely happy with your purchase you may return it
to us for a refund of the cost of the item(s), (this does not include
the cost of postage and packaging).
The item(s) must however be returned to MissDejoir within 14 days
(returns will not be accepted after 14 days) in their ORIGINAL CONDITION
complete with ALL tags and ALL packaging (including for faulty items),
items should also be packaged suitably for return, items that return
back damaged (including squashed and bent due to poor packaging) will
not be refunded.
All items dispatched from MissDejoir are inspected before dispatch, we
will not refund items that have been tampered with, had the tags removed
or have been used. We also suggest that you return items via Royal Mail
Special Delivery, as we can not be responsible for lost parcels.
Lost in transit items from MissDejoir will be investigated and claimed
for by MissDejoir who will then settle once loss is not in doubt.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returns. In
keeping with our fraud prevention measures, refunds will only be issued
in the same form as payments, hence we will only refund to the same
credit/debit card used to make the purchase and will only issue cheques
when payment has been made via this method.
Stock
Should the item you have ordered be out of stock you will be contacted
with and estimated delivery date? Should you not be happy with the date
you have the option to cancel your order.
Can I have delivery to a different address?
MissDejoir only delivers to a different address than the billing address
of the card holder at our discretion; normally delivery is only made to
the billing address of the card which was used to pay for the item.
Should you have paid by cheque or postal order however we can deliver to
your specified address, please email us for more details.
Processing Your Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our web site are subject to our acceptance of
the order, further security checks may be required to prevent Credit
Card Fraud.
Whilst every effort is made to keep our web site up to date and error
free mistakes can happen. Should it be discovered that an error has
occurred after you have submitted your order to us, we will contact you
prior to accepting the order informing you of the error at which time
you may cancel, or confirm that you would like to proceed.
We always make every effort to ensure our customers are satisfied,
however our decision is final. Your statutory rights are not affected by
these terms and conditions. |
